Moving through a life filled with "trials and tribulations", involving abuse & addiction,
Ariel believes that it was a spiritual training that has served to
prepare her to help others.
She now desires to share her journey, and in doing so, have the opportunity to help those that are challenged by those issues.
ABOUT MICHELE
As a child, in the mid-50s Michele could be seen singing and dancing
on a local tv show out of Newark, NJ.
In her twenties, Michele found a "call to service" with church music.
As a member of the choir and accompanist for the Children's Choir she found that sacred, inspirational and spiritually based music touched her heart. Years later, she found herself involved in music again, as Choir Member, back-up singer for the Contemporary Service,& Youth Choir Director/Accompanist.
Continuing on her "journey" she served in different churches
as Youth & Adult Choir Director and Music Coodinator. Performing with "Avatar"
(2005-2007) she found an environment that would ultimately inspire, encourage and empower her to begin writing songs of her own.Michele released her first CD of original music, "There Was A Song Inside Of Me",
April 2006, was the Musical Director and wrote most of the music for the play "Sojourner's Song" (presented by the Davie County Arts Council, Summer 2006) and
wrote the song "Many Voices ~ One Song"
based on the theme for the Annual Peace Walk & Festival in Winston-Salem, Sept.,2006.
